Surveva Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and AL-AMAL COMPANY FOR THE SALE OF NON-CUSTOMIZED SOFTWARE UPON REQUEST SPC (doing business as Surveva) ("Surveva", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Surveva website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

1. Our Services

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction.

Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Systematically retrieve data or other content to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us;

  • Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services;

  • Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

6. User Generated Contributions

The Services may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, forums, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Services.

Any content you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

By submitting content, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right and license to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, store, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt, and exploit your contributions.

7. Contribution License

You and the Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices.

By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Services, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

8. Mobile Application License

If you access the Services via a mobile application, then we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the mobile application on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you.

You shall not reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the application.

9. Third-Party Websites and Content

The Services may contain links to other websites or content belonging to or originating from third parties.

Such third-party websites are not monitored or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us.

We are not responsible for any third-party content accessed through the Services.

We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Services or disable accounts at our sole discretion.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Kuwait.

You irrevocably consent that the courts of Kuwait shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Although we perform regular backups, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit.
