At Surveva, we understand the importance of your privacy and your right to control your personal data. We are committed to providing you with options to manage and delete your data that we collect and store.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete your account along with all associated personal data directly from within the Surveva app. To do so, simply navigate to your profile, and click on the Delete Your Account and Data button. Upon confirmation, this action will permanently remove all your personal information from our servers.Within approximately 1-2 minutes of initiating the deletion, you will receive an email confirmation from Surveva, verifying that all your personal data has been successfully deleted from our records. Please note, this action is irreversible and will result in the deletion of your account and all associated data permanently.We are dedicated to upholding your privacy rights and ensuring that your personal data is handled with the utmost care and security.If you have any questions or concerns regarding the management or deletion of your personal data, please contact us at support@surveva.com.
